In order to maximize the effectiveness and safety of our sessions together, we ask that you take the time to read the confidential questionnaire carefully and complete the necessary medical history when on-site with us.
Appointments must be scheduled in advance.
Clients will receive appointment confirmation either by text message or email if an email address and/or mobile telephone is provided and marked as preferred method of notification.
Payment for Services
Fees are payable by cash or charge (MasterCard, Visa or Discover) prior to sessions beginning. Checks are not accepted. Clients are responsible to pay all fees in full at the end of session.
Appointments start and end on time based on the scheduled appointment time. If you are late the services will be adjusted to the amount of time remaining. The price of the session will not be adjusted.
Please provide at least 24 hour notice if you need to reschedule, cancel an appointment, or reduce your appointment time. This gives us enough time to fill this time slot. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure proper notification is provided and received by the therapist. If you fail to cancel or reschedule prior to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, a $20 cancellation fee will be assessed. It is important that we are compensated for reserved time and travel where appropriate.
No Show Policy

Massage by Nikki reserves the right to cancel or stop a session for any of the following reasons. A $20 cancellation fee will be assessed where applicable. It is important that we are compensated for reserved time and travel where appropriate.
- Alcohol or recreational drug use is evident;
- If we feel the client’s behavior or language is inappropriate;
- If we feel the session poses a threat to the health and safety of the client or therapist;
- If we feel the session negatively effects other client’s experience;
We shall not be held liable for any conditions that arise after the massage. Clients agree to this for the initial and future massages by signing this consent form. Consent may be withdrawn at any time by either party and clients are encouraged to continuously communicate boundary requirements with me. The client agrees to state all information on the health history form accurately and completely, and will inform me of any new conditions or changes in health.
